At Gems One, we believe in fairness, transparency, and partnership
After careful review and seeing how recent tariff increases have impacted our retailers, we’ve made the decision to reduce our tariff to 10%, effective immediately.
While we continue to face 25% tariffs on imports from India (and the possibility of higher rates), we’ve seen that a 20% add-on caused hesitation and slowed orders, something we don’t want for our partners.
Rather than passing these costs along or hiding them in our pricing, we’re choosing to absorb the difference so you can continue to grow your business confidently.
Our Policy going forward:
- All GOT and ALPHA items shipped will remain at a 10% tariff.
- Forever Custom orders will also now carry a 10% tariff (reduced from 20%) effective October 31st 2025.
- All Forever Custom quotes remain valid but are subject to standard economic adjustments.
- Tariffs are not included in current quotes and will be applied at invoicing.
- Retailers may choose to delay production to take advantage of the reduced tariff if preferred.
